Magnesium glycinate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium that is absorbed in the Gastrointestinal Tract (GIT), allowing it to provide a variety of health benefits such as assisting in relieving muscle cramps, and helping with sleep.
L Taurine is a naturally occurring organic amino acid that can be found in foods containing protein such as red meat and fish. It has variety of functions but namely it assists in energy production and can aid inflammation related to the circulatory system.
